SCIA SPEAKS is a Non-profit Social Outreach Corporation that provides Art Education classes and
Athletic experiences to youth, teens and young adults?
OUR MISSION:
• SCIA SPEAKS Inc. helps to build dreams for youth through providing Creative Arts & Athletic
programs year-round on a quarter system.
• We also offer Summer Conservatory Day Camps and Basketball Tournaments opportunities as an
alternate outlet approach to education.
• We strive to foster resiliency, build confident, determination, strong character, and career
awareness.
SCIA SPEAKS was founded by Dorothy Ollie January 3, 2006 in Plano, Texas. Dorothy and her SCIA
SPEAKS staff strongly believe that when we invest in our youth we invest in America.
Our belief is that the Arts and Athletic have a great impact on traditional education and affect how well
students perform academically in the classroom. We also feel how students think, move, and speak can
governor as well as have a vital impact on his/her life successes.
